Biography
Nickname: Stencil
Born & raised in New Abbey, Keith first joined Abbey Vale aged 15. He was captain of the side that won the Tweedie Cup in 04/05 and finished 3rd in the league. He stayed with the club until the beginning of season 07/08 when he left to join Threave Rovers. During his time at Threave, he will always be rememberd for scoring the only goal of the game when Threave knocked Stenhousemuir out of the Scottish Cup. Keith returned to Abbey Vale midway through season 08/09 and has now taken on the role of Player/Manager.
